Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jarofhearts.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 305, 4th C cross, 3rd block, HRBR layout, kalyan nagar, Bangalore 43

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jarofhearts.in.

Returns are accepted for ready-made products only. Customized items, discounted products, and ceramic items are not eligible for return unless the latter is damaged during transit.

Returns and replacements are applicable for ready-made products in the following cases:

  • Receipt of wrong products.
  • Receipt of incorrect sizes.
  • Manufacturing damage.

For ceramic items, in the event of damage during transit, customers must provide a 360° opening video capturing the condition of the product. Replacement will only be initiated upon inspection and satisfaction that the product was broken in transit.

If you receive a wrong product, an incorrect size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at info@jarofhearts.in  and call +91 9845384503 within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will promptly assess the issue and provide a resolution.

In the event of a return, the product must be sent back with tags, in its original packaging, and in unused condition. Upon receipt and inspection by our team, we will either replace the product or, in case it's not in stock then we will issue a store credit.
