Shipping policy

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be specified in your order summary.

Delivery Timelines:

• Ready-to-dispatch soft furnishings (Cushions, tablecloths, Table Runners, Throws, Placemats, Napkins, Bedsheets, Fitted Sheets, Quilts, and Pillow Covers) will be delivered in 2-7 days.
• Other décor products will be shipped in 2-10 days, depending on your location.

The delivery time is contingent on our courier partner. We exclusively collaborate with reputable courier partners, offering live tracking for all shipped orders.

You can log in to your account on our website to track the order status. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking ID, which can be used on the courier service provider’s website for tracking. Cancellation is possible if the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not feasible. For cancellations, please contact Customer Care before the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
